About Promotech Inc
Promotech Inc. was founded in 1999 to provide computers, accessories and technology solutions in Barbados. We’ve since grown into a regional technology partner with retail and B2B operations across Barbados, Guyana and St. Lucia, serving home users, businesses, government, education, hospitality and the finance sector.
What do you offer? Two sides of the business work together:
- Retail – computers, laptops, electronics, networking equipment, appliances, accessories and everyday technology for consumers and professionals.
- Business & Enterprise (B2B) – ICT infrastructure, structured cabling, networking, security and surveillance systems, hospitality technology, UPS/power protection and more.

Can I buy in store?
Absolutely. Our retail locations carry our full range of products, and our staff can help you choose the right solution.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Stock availability is shown on each product page. If an item is out of stock or you need a quantity larger than what’s listed, contact us / request a quote and we’ll let you know lead times.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
The accepted methods are Visa and Mastercard.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. All online transactions are processed over a secure, encrypted connection.
Shipping and Delivery
Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer islandwide delivery across Barbados for a flat fee of BDS $20.00. Delivery is free on orders over BDS $200.00, and free pickup is available from any of our four retail locations.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items are typically dispatched promptly, with delivery times depending on your location. Special orders and items not currently in stock may take longer, and we’ll give you an estimated timeframe when your order is placed.
Can I collect my order in store?
Yes. You’re welcome to collect your order from any of our store locations. Just choose in-store pickup when ordering, and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s ready.
