Order Acceptance Policy
Receipt of an order confirmation, whether electronic or otherwise, does not constitute acceptance of your order and does not represent a binding commitment by Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) to sell the products or services requested.
Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) reserves the right, at any time after receipt of an order, to accept or decline the order in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, payment verification, or fraud-prevention concerns.
Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) further reserves the right, without prior notice, to limit or reduce the quantities supplied of any item ordered.
All orders with a total value exceeding EC$500.00 are subject to pre-approval and verification using an acceptable method of payment, as determined by Promotech Inc (St Lucia )’s credit and fraud-prevention procedures.
Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) may require additional information, documentation, or clarification from the Customer prior to accepting or processing any order.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a product or service is listed with an incorrect price, description, or other inaccurate information due to a typographical error, pricing error, or incorrect information received from a supplier, Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product or service, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) may exercise this right regardless of whether payment has been authorised or charged. If payment has already been processed and the order is subsequently cancelled, Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) will promptly issue a refund to the original payment method in the amount charged, in accordance with applicable banking and processing timelines.
Nothing in this clause limits any rights afforded to consumers under the laws of Saint Lucia.

Point-of-Sale Price Match Policy
At the point of sale, Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) will match a competitor’s price on identical items or offers, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
► The competitor must have a physical retail presence in Saint Lucia
► The item must be identical in brand, model, specifications, and condition
► The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase or shipment from the competitor
► The item must be new and not part of a clearance, liquidation, refurbished, or damaged stock offer
► A valid written quotation or advertisement from the competitor must be presented at the time of purchase
Price-matched items are limited to one (1) item per household, unless otherwise approved by Promotech Inc (St Lucia ).
Excluded and Variable-Price Items
Due to frequent market price fluctuations, CPUs, memory (RAM), and any products or bundles containing CPUs or memory (including but not limited to desktop and laptop computers) are subject to price volatility and may be excluded from the Price Guarantee or matched at Promotech Inc (St Lucia )’s discretion.
Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) reserves the right to verify competitor pricing, to decline price matching where the above conditions are not met, and to modify or withdraw the Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
Bundled Offers
Products offered as part of a bundle or promotional package are available while supplies last. Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) reserves the right to substitute bundled items with items of similar or greater value where necessary, without prior notice.
Rebate Coupons
Redemption of rebate coupons is limited to one (1) redemption per address, unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable promotional terms. All rebate offers are subject to verification and compliance with stated conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Saint Lucia, Promotech Inc (St Lucia ), its subsidiaries, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits, arising out of or relating to the purchase or use of any product or service.
Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law, including applicable consumer protection legislation.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed with Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) are subject to a payment and order verification review to confirm order accuracy, validate the selected payment method, and verify authorisation to use such payment method. Once an order successfully passes this review, it is released for fulfilment and forwarded to the appropriate warehouse for dispatch.
Payment Authorisation
Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) does not charge your credit or debit card until your order is shipped. However, at the time the order is placed, Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) may obtain a payment authorisation for the total order value. An authorisation is not a charge, but it may temporarily reduce your available credit limit or available funds.
In the event an order is delayed or cancelled, the authorisation will expire automatically, and the held funds or available credit will be released in accordance with the policies of your card-issuing bank. The time required for an authorisation to expire typically ranges from one (1) to seven (7) business days, depending on the issuing bank.
Processing Timeframes
Credit and debit card processing may take up to three (3) business days, depending on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the Customer. For security and fraud-prevention purposes, additional verification or voice confirmation may be required before payment can be processed.
Stock Availability and Fulfilment
If the item(s) ordered are in stock, shipment will be arranged as soon as practicable from Promotech Inc (St Lucia )’s warehouse or from one of its authorised distribution facilities, including regional distribution partners.
If any item is out of stock, shipment will be delayed until the backordered inventory has been received and processed. Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) will not dispatch partial shipments unless expressly agreed with the Customer.
Transit Time
Local Delivery (Saint Lucia)
Local deliveries are typically completed within one (1) to two (2) working days from order confirmation and dispatch.
Deliveries are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Customers requiring special delivery arrangements may contact Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) in advance to discuss availability and applicable charges.
International Shipments
Transit times for international deliveries vary based on the carrier, destination, and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery timelines provided by carriers are not guaranteed and are subject to customs clearance and carrier performance.

For in-stock items, total delivery time typically ranges from twenty-four (24) hours to five (5) working days, depending on the shipping method selected.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on:
Actual weight or dimensional weight (whichever is greater), and
The selected shipping service (ground, air, or express).
Shipping and handling fees apply to all orders.
Where an order must be shipped in multiple packages or separate shipments due to stock availability, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed once, at the time the first item is dispatched. Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) charges shipping and handling only once per order, regardless of the number of shipments.
Customers with questions or concerns regarding shipping or handling charges are encouraged to contact Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) prior to dispatch for clarification.
Credit / Debit Card Authorizations
When you place an order using a credit or debit card, an authorisation may be obtained from your card-issuing bank. An authorisation is a temporary hold against your available card limit or account balance and does not constitute a transfer of funds.
Once the ordered goods are shipped, a charge for the total value of the goods shipped will be submitted to your card-issuing bank. Upon receipt of the charge, your bank will typically release the authorisation hold in accordance with its internal processing timelines.
A charge is the only point at which funds are actually transferred from your account. An authorisation alone does not result in payment to Promotech Inc (St Lucia ).
Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) is not responsible for the length of time an authorisation hold remains on your account, as release of such holds is determined solely by your card-issuing bank.
Gift Card Terms
The Promotech Gift Card may be used at any Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) outlet store, online at shop.promotechstlucia.com, or through authorised sales channels designated by Promotech Inc (St Lucia ).
Promotech Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be used as payment toward any Promotech charge account or credit facility. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, in whole or in part, except where required by law.
The value of a Promotech Gift Card will not be replaced if the card is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or used without the cardholder’s authorisation. The cardholder is solely responsible for safeguarding the Gift Card.
Use of a Promotech Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time in accordance with applicable law.
A service maintenance fee of EC$2.00 per month will be deducted from the remaining balance of the Gift Card commencing twelve (12) months after the date of purchase, except where such fees are prohibited by law.
Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Gift Card terms at any time, subject to applicable consumer protection laws of Saint Lucia.
Risk of Loss
Where the Customer provides Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) with the Customer’s own carrier account number, or selects a carrier other than a carrier normally used by Promotech Inc (St Lucia ), title to the products and the risk of loss or damage shall pass from Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) to the Customer upon dispatch of the products from Promotech Inc (St Lucia )’s facility.
For all other shipments arranged by Promotech Inc (St Lucia ), title to the products and the risk of loss or damage shall pass to the Customer upon physical receipt of the products by the Customer.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, title to any software supplied shall at all times remain with the applicable licensor(s), and the Customer’s rights in such software shall be governed exclusively by the relevant software licence agreement between the licensor(s) and the Customer.
Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) retains a security interest in all products supplied until payment in full has been received and cleared. The Customer shall be responsible for all shipping, freight, insurance, customs duties, taxes, and related charges, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by Promotech Inc (St Lucia ).
Export Regulations
If this transaction involves an export under the U.S. export regulations, the commodities, technology and/or software sold or distributed under these terms and conditions of sale exported from the United States by shop.promotechstlucia.com were exported in accordance with such regulations. Diversion, use, export or re-export contrary to United States law is prohibited. The commodities, technology and/or software sold or distributed under these terms and conditions of sale may not be exported or re-exported to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, North Korea or Syria or to entities and persons that are ineligible under United States law to receive United States commodities, technology and/or software. In addition, manufacturers’ warranties for exported products may vary or may be null and void for products exported outside the United States.
Dispute Resolution
Agreement to Resolve Disputes by Arbitration or Small Claims Court; Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Actions
You and Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the purchase of any product or service from shop.promotechstlucia.com, including but not limited to contractual claims, tort claims, statutory claims, or any combination thereof, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration or, where applicable, in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction.
Arbitration shall be conducted by a neutral and independent arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Saint Lucia or any successor legislation, and shall be administered by a mutually agreed arbitration service provider, or failing agreement, by an arbitrator appointed by a court of competent jurisdiction in Saint Lucia.
The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. Class actions, class arbitrations, representative actions, or consolidated claims are expressly waived and not permitted. Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered and enforced by any court of competent jurisdiction in Saint Lucia.
The seat and venue of the arbitration or small claims proceeding shall be Saint Lucia, and the proceedings shall be governed by the laws of Saint Lucia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you wish to initiate arbitration against Promotech Inc (St Lucia ), you must submit a written notice of dispute and follow the procedures required under the applicable arbitration rules agreed upon by the parties or imposed by the court where applicable.
Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Proceedings
By entering into this Agreement, you and Promotech Inc (St Lucia ) expressly waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Arbitration is resolved by a neutral arbitrator rather than a judge or jury;
Arbitration typically involves more limited discovery and exchange of information than court proceedings; and
An arbitration award is final and binding, subject only to limited judicial review as permitted under Saint Lucia law.
This Dispute Resolution clause affects your legal rights, and you are encouraged to review it carefully before proceeding with any purchase.
